The Raw Greek is a collection of innovative recipes that have been uniquely created using produce commonly found in Greece, Cyprus and around the Mediterranean. Coming from a Greek background the author has based most dishes on original Greek family recipes and exquisitely interpreted traditional dishes into recipes made from 100% raw, vegan ingredients.
