Raw Union Wedding Feast E-book

On June 21st, 2009, raw foodies Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes were
married by David 'Avocado' Wolfe, at the first ever Raw Union
festival, held at Angel's Health Food Institute in S. Oregon.
Their sumptuous raw wedding feast was catered by their dear friend
Solla (Solveig Eiriksdottir, from Iceland), with the help of an
amazing kitchen team.
This e–book is a collection of the gorgeous recipes used by Solla to
create an outstanding raw food wedding buffet for over 400 guests

The stunning raw wedding cake was made by Chaya, a supremely talented
raw food chef, who has also generously included her wedding cake
